Montana CISM Network: Resilience for Every Responder

A vital hub for Montana's Critical Incident Stress Management network. We provide empathetic support, regional team coordination, and educational resources to help individuals manage stress and recovery in the wake of critical incidents.

Understanding Critical Incident Stress Management

CISM is a specialized intervention protocol designed explicitly for individuals exposed to traumatic events. The Montana CISM Network serves as a coordinated hub, bridging the gap between regional teams and professional resources. We provide acute incident response, peer support training, and educational frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of those serving under pressure.

Our Statewide Mission

By fostering a network of resilience, we ensure that every community in Montana has access to trained professionals capable of mitigating the long-term effects of critical incident stress.
